Hot food from the grill, cold drinks in a glass and good conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.

GLT Bearings not only cultivates good contact with the outside world but also with each other within the company. Our annual summer party focuses on getting to know colleagues better within the company, far away from the stressful daily work routine.

Due to the company’s constant growth, our team is also growing. In the current year, 2022, we were again able to welcome many new faces to the company, who immediately felt integrated into the community at this year’s barbecue party in the courtyard. A feeling that ultimately helps not only to work together but to work together.

In addition, personal contact between departments, such as office staff and field staff or shipping and order processing, is also strengthened. This is not only good for the atmosphere in the company but also brings to light many a slight “problem” in the cooperation in a relaxed atmosphere, which can be solved directly.

As a Munich company, we naturally also had a cold beer and enjoyed the evening to the fullest with all kinds of delicacies in a Bavarian way.
